Review of East Shore Live Jazz Cafe
Great venue, opened by Liu Yuan, one of Beijing's earliest jazz aficionados. Comfortable and reasonably-priced, the only complaint is that patrons who sit towards the back tend to talk through the performance, and not at a whisper. Most performances begin at 9:30, get there by nine if you want a seat anywhere near the stage.

Re: Beijing's best jazz venue
Yeah it's a pretty good spot. Best for now I would say though. Blue Note is supposed to be opening up soon right? I wonder how that will compare.
