Went to Q Bar a few weekends ago with some friends. The bar itself is nice as are the drinks. The outdoor area is great.
That said, after it got a bit cold outdoors, our party moved indoors. In the indoor area there were about 6 people smoking. I'm not very senstitive to the smoke, but the bar isn't enormous so the smoke was noticeable. The bar's PR manager had introduced herself to my group earlier that night and said if we needed anything, please talk to her. After running into her again, I mentioned to her that there were customers smoking indoors. I told her it was within my rights to report the bar to the authorities for not following the law. She said she understood what I was saying, but that there wasnt much she could do. Nonetheless, she said she would try her best to take care of it.
Well, 15 minutes later, I see the same PR manager smoking at the bar with a group of laowai, laughing it up. I don't remember what her name was, but rest assured, sweetie, the next time I am there and see people smoking, I will have no problem reporting the bar. Enjoy the fine.
