Too many fake reviews

These guys aggressivly post fake reviews online, and threaten websites like The Beijinger to remove negative reviews from real customers.

My experience with these guys was not great. I would not use them again.

"aggressivly post fake reviews online" Just want to point out we hadn't had any reviews since the year 2014, and I can assure you none of them are fake.

"My experience with these guys was not great". Can you let me know when you used our service?

We have no record of it whatsoever and the timing seems a little odd considering the negative comments you left on the preceding fake review, just before posting one of your own.

You're coming across very badly. You really should stop posting online as it is damaging your business.

I used Laundry Town for more than 2 years, if you are ready for the pickup and you communicate with the staff, delivery was always on time, I had a problem with a jacket that had been returned with lint on it, Just Call Saul............to a T! Sent a quick wechat message, picked it back up the next day, came back a couple hours later, ready to go.

You sure are critical of stuff that is tailored to "expats", and you are in a country that was closed to foreigners until like 30-40 years ago. They dont know how to do things in the exact manner in which you dictate, in louder and louder english, because you cannot communicate?? Maybe, maybe you can, then it seems like you might have studied a little more about the culture here and realize that centuries of only serve when service is desired......These guys do good solid work, time and time again.

Hope your days are going better, sounds like you need a break....
