Review of Hotpress
5

I went over to the shiny-new Hotpress for a second lunch (don't judge me, I was having a shit day) and ordered a large three-cheese pressed sandwich (65rmb) and a cup of English Breakfast Tea (15rmb).

The owner, Leo, is a friendly, geniune guy and had a nice chat with me while I waited (the place was quiet at that time of day).

The sandwich (or rather, two sandwiches as that's what a 'large' seems to mean) was worth every mao, generous helpings of cheese - gooey in the middle and crispy at the edges - between two slices of brown bread with just the right amount of chew to it.

My only complaint is that the cup of tea was a bit small.

I'll defintely be back to check out the other sandwiches on the menu.
