The bar is no longer accepting foreigners, saying to any foreigners who goes that it's full. Chinese are accepted normally.

Maybe nowadays the foreigners should go only to bars/restaurants who are owned by foreigners.

And we can see how local businesses will survive, especially hutongs or cocktail bars like Rong, Miles etc.

Not really, there are quite a lot of foreign-owned places in Sanlitun area where the Rong bar is.
