Worst dinning experience in Beijing

I've been here for 6 years and this was the worst dinner ever.

First of all they did not get our reservation properly. They thought we want to sit inside althouth my friend asked for terrace seating.

Thankfully some couple was just leaving so we found a table outside.

Then we ordered 2 appetizers. Spring rolls which never came (typical Beijing service, order food that never arrives) and prossciuto platter. Since I'm from Mediteraneean I know how this platter should look and picture on the menu looks just right. Usually it is several slices of delicious ham. We got one or maybe two slices cut into small pieces. Never seen anything like that. Who cuts prossciuto.

Then for the main meal i ordered beef bbq ribs which they didn't have.

Then I aksed for a steak. Stake prices in the menu are per 100g. So we said one 200g steak. Waiter brought two stakes for us to see and choose which one. But they brought us two grilled steaks. Since we were talking and having fun we did not notice and we thought those were two 100g steaks. Btw steaks were the worst ever. I don't know where and how do they get them and how old are they but they were horibble.

In the end bill was huge, 1400 RMB. They charged us with two 250g steaks. Of course our mistake that we did not notice that something is wrong with the steak sizes and that they brought too much. After explaining that we ordered one 200g steak we managed to get 20% discount.

And whole evening all we got from them was duibuqi, duibuqi... They don't know anything but to appolozige for their shitty service. Anyway, service sucks, food is bad and even the 350RMB wine bottle was mediocre and not chilled enough.
