Free Beer, Wine, BBQ & Music: At Volcom's Screenprinting Party!
This Saturday, Volcom is throwing a party for anyone interested in learning to screen print t-shirts - or just sitting back and enjoying some free drinks and live music.
American clothing brand Volcom (www.volcom.com) will be supporting a printing project in Shanghai and Beijing, titled Volcom x Young Emerging Chinese Artists Screen Printing Workshop.
It hits Beijing this Saturday with a party at source, the skate-clothing store just north of The Place. The event, presented by NeochaEDGE, IdleBeats and source, will bring together some of the best young Chinese and Western creatives in China to give workshops on screen printing methods, as well to launch the first Volcom t-shirt collaboration project in China.
Yellow Tail Winery has stepped in with 100 bottles of wine, and there will be 400 bottles of Sol beer on ice. Match that with an American style hotdog BBQ and an acoustic set from Beijing's own BIGGER BANG, you'd be nuts to miss this event. The workshops - and the drinking - will take place at the source Beijing store on August 7th, 2010 4pm until 10pm.
Source is located at: Suite E128, World City High Street, 8-9 Jin Hui Road (North of The Place), Chaoyang District
