It's Still Super Tuesday for Democrats Abroad: Vote in the Primary Sunday, March 6 at The Bookworm

United States citizens feeling disconnected from the political process now have an opportunity to get involved, at least for those who identify themselves as supporters of the Democratic Party. Voting in the Democrats Abroad Global Presidential Party is currently taking place through March 8, and the local chapter of Democrats Abroad is making it easy by setting up voting at The Bookworm on Sunday, March 6.

US citizens who are eligible to vote and do not vote in a state primary may participate.

To vote in the DA Global Presidential Primary, you must first create an account with Democrats Abroad at www.democratsabroad.org, and follow directions to vote by email, fax, or mail, anytime before March 8. You must be a member of Democrats Abroad to vote. Membership is free and open to all eligible US voters living abroad. Ballots submitted by non-DA members will not be counted.

Interested parties can also register on site during the walk-in registration and voting on Sunday, from noon to 6pm. Registration and voting will be followed by a Democrats Abroad happy hour from 7-9pm.

For more information, or to volunteer, please contact Ada at USVoteChina@gmail.com. People interested in supporting the campaign of Hillary Clinton may contact China4Hillary@gmail.com. Those wanting to support Bernie Sanders can contact AmericansinChinaforBernie@gmail.com.

US voters from any party wanting to vote in the general election in November should check the rules of your home state at www.fvap.gov or just re-register to vote from abroad, if you haven't yet this year, via www.VoteFromAbroad.org.
