21 Types of Tapas You Shouldn’t Miss on World Tapas Day at Nali Patio, Jun 16

Tortilla española, paella, salmorejo y gazpacho, jamon, olivas ... and sangria, ok, I’ll stop, we know you love tapas. In case you love tapas so much that you want to have a special day to celebrate them: there is now a World Tapas Day on June 16, when you can head to Nali Patio to join in the celebrations.

From 5pm to 11pm, the terraces on the first floor and fourth floor will become a tapas market, with three tapas each from seven Spanish restaurants at a special price (RMB 10-30 per tapas), as well as wines from the famous Rioja region, and jamón from Cinco Jotas (RMB 30 per 20g, RMB 50 per 40g).

To get ahead of the tapas game, here’s the full list that you might want to study before going:

Carmen

  • Marinated fish skewers 
  • Iberian ham sandwich   
  • Seafood paella  

Velvet

  • Crispy cone with cream cheese and nuts
  • Crispy cone with guacamole, mango, and wax apple 
  • Squid ink octopus burger  

Niajo

  • Anchovy fillet with olive
  • Chocolate square with flaked almonds
  • Octopus and tuna pie

Agua

  • Cold tomato soup with Iberico ham
  • Red pepper mousse on cruton     
  • Creamy mushroom soup with quail egg 

Migas

  • Zucchini tempura with bacon
  • "Brandada" cod fish emulsion toast with avocado and crispy ham
  • Mini bagel "chorizo" hot dog

Kenny’s Burgers & Steak

  • Tasmania beef mini hamburgers   
  • Kenny's Burgers' homemade mini tiramisu  
  • Caramel foie gras mini hamburgers    

Mosto

  • Pork and mushroom terrine
  • Salmon pate
  • Bloody Mary shrimp ceviche
