This Sunday 30th July at 9am the Beijing Golfer's group are playing at Huatang Golf Club - a beautiful and challenging course situated just East of Beijing.

The BGC welcomes everyone, from complete beginners to more experienced golfers - it's more about the social fun than the prizes! There's no club fee the first time you play with BGC so just come along and say hi, we promise you won't regret it!

Big discounts on the normal golfing costs are available, we will help organise a group of similar ability for you to play with and a sponsored bus is available to pick you up at the Kempinski Hotel (in the CBD) and bring you to the course and back - so everything is easy, you just have to sign up!

The Intentional Flow, Vinyasa 1/2 class combines breathing, movement and some classic yoga elements like Mantra, mudra and philosophical themes to make our time on the mat more meaningful.
