A short and sweet Vinyasa Level 1/2 class that will get your heart pumping over your lunch break. This energetic flow is perfect for those trying to fit yoga into their workday.

Welcome to Vinyasa Lab class on every Wednesday 7:00 - 8:00 am at Taozi Tree Yoga. The practice is more focused on strength, drills, core work, flexibility work. It might not be very flowy as a regular vinyasa class, but it could be very helpful to practice on some drills to condition the shoulders, legs, arms and core to better understand our physical body, and it helps in order to connect our body with our mind and soul. Sounds really fun, isn't it? Hop on the mat and join us then!

Theresa 桃子老师 is back to Beijing and we are gathering at our Taozi studio home to celebrate it with a Saturday yoga class! You don't want to miss it, please book your spot early and see you on the mat!

We will screen 2 games on Saturday and one on Sunday, as shown in the poster.

The Superbowl is just a week away, and yes, The Local will be airing it!

Doors will open at 7:00am, on Monday, February 13th. Kickoff will be at 7:30am.

Tickets are just 150 rmb at the door, and include a breakfast, a glass of Asahi draft (or two glasses of orange juice) and free-flow coffee. Tickets are limited are first-come, first-served only! We will not be taking reservations.

Breakfast options include a breakfast wrap and an American breakfast plate. Both will include vegetarian choices. Please note that unfortunately, we will not have vegan options available!
