The Beijing Winter Olympics set off a wave of ice and snow sports in China. The Chinese athletes in this Winter Olympics attracted great attention, and also promoted the participation and training of young people in ice and snow sports.


Adhering to the spirit of the Winter Olympics and responding to the country's initiative to "drive 300 million people to participate in ice and snow sports", the Beijing Guomao Ice Rink will host the 17th Beijing Figure Skating Invitational Tournament from April 30 to May 2 .

We’re all about helping people become their best selves at Trainyard, and this commitment is all the more important when International Women’s Day comes around. Whoever you are and however you train, it’s all about being healthy and happy and doing what you love.


To celebrate International Women’s Day and this year’s #breakthebias theme, Trainyard is organising a three-day event featuring dance, yoga, and boot camp sessions. Lean in to your favourite exercise or challenge yourself to try something new. Events are open to all, both Trainyard members and non-members.

Have you always wished you could dance like Lisa from Blackpink? Try your hand at some sexy k-pop moves while you sweat it out in this up-tempo dance class with Lukun from k’Studio. After class, remember to stick around to take a group photo to remember the class!



Yoga & Meditation


Function Room, 3rd Floor


Free for Trainyard members, first come, first served!


Relax and make some time for yourself with a gentle 60-minute yoga class with experienced instructor followed by a 15-minute meditation session. After the meditation, we’ll try a goal setting exercise, where you can write a letter to your future self with your goals, wishes or expectations. We’ll keep the letters and give them back to you after three months, so you can see how far you’ve come.



Boot Camp

Free for Trainyard members, first come, first served!


Work up a sweat with legendary CrossFit and Spartan Race trainer Wayne as he leads you through a high-octane boot camp session. Get your heart pumping, build muscle, and walk away with enough energy to take on the world.
