We are a new community, looking for more friends.

CrossFit is a sports class with a group of people, lead by a professional coach.

Whole body exercises with weights and also some cardio for a long and happy life.

There’s no need to let fitness classes fall by the wayside just because the holiday season is here. And with so many fun things going on at Trainyard, you won’t want to! Starting on Christmas Eve, our weekend of Christmas classes will have you feeling fit and festive.

Better yet, all the classes are included in your Trainyard membership!

24 December: Christmas Eve Pop Dance Party

Sweat it out and put a great big smile on your face with this high-energy dance class taught by Pop Idea Fitness CEO Li Qian, who has worked with Nike, CCTV5, and more. You’ll have the chance to connect with your fellow Trainyard members (plus stay fuelled up to learn the fun dance routine) over sharing snacks, including yogurt from our partner brand Oarmilk

Animal Flow

Animal Flow is an innovative body weight workout created by professional coaching organisation Movement Origins. The workout combines different four-legged and floor-based moves that challenge the muscles from multiple aspects. No matter what your fitness goals are, Animal Flow can help you improve your mobility, endurance, and strength.

Pilates reformer

With its spring-loaded sliding mechanisms and different levels of resistance, the reformer will help you push your pilates practice to the next level, helping you to improve balance and coordination, strengthen deep core muscles, and improve neck and spine posture.

Rowing camp with Wayne

Cardio endurance is the foundation of almost every sport. While some forms of cardio can be tough on the knees, rowing is lower resistance and can help strengthen the muscles surrounding the joints. Led by Coach Wayne, this camp will push your endurance and train all your major muscle groups including legs, arms, back, and core

JINDAFIT is a full-body afrobeats dance workout based on African moves and rhythms. It is a new, simple, and uniquely fun workout, suitable for all fitness levels and all ages. The up-tempo African rhythms will let you enjoy the moment and let go of any worries.

JINDAFIT is a group fitness workout which incorporates high-intensity interval training with dynamic moves, meaning you will boost your endurance and your metabolic rate whilst having fun. You will also build up speed and strength, which keeps the body burning fat long after finishing the workout.

Beijing Winter Olympics is right around the corner and our Taozi family wants in on the snowy action! Please join us for this winter wonderland getaway (YES its 150% in Beijing) to Nanshan. Our accommodation will be at a European style (looks like a castle) hotel and we will hit the slopes both days. What makes this special trip even more amazing is that you will have the chance to stretch out and move inward with the gentle practice meditation and yoga with our lovely teacher Jovana. On Saturday 4th December, our most inspiring Taozi teacher Biljana will be leading you through a strong practice, where the focus will be on connecting each breath with your movement, deeply uniting the body and mind. The class is designed for all levels and will help you relieve stress and connect you with your authentic self in a way that brings more ease and vitality to every day. Expect a lot of “Dog”-postures, some challenges but most of all expect some fun!

All raised funds from this event will go to the animal shelter which is located at the outskirts or Beijing. Many rescued dogs there escaped meat trackers, were taken from the streets or released from breeding farms. The shelter founder believes that all lives deserve a chance to live, so he just keep helping the animals to get this fair chance in life.

We will prepare a surprise for you: special Taozi Tree bag with lovely dog yogis on it. Perfect gift for yourself or your friends!

Please take your mat with you and your puppy if you think yoga class works well for him/her!

Our December Moved by the New Moon will be sponsored by Gunpowder a crafted new Kombucha brand and cafe in town. Our venue will be the amazing Life Infinity Studio at Yintai CBD (Subway station Guomao). The new moon is a time to plant seeds and set intentions for the new moon cycle, to listen to your heart .

We will have a 75 min heart felt flow and reflection with Jovana followed by a peaceful meditation. After class we will enjoy delicious Kombucha and work on setting our intentions.

It will be a new moon and total solar eclipse falls in Sagittarius – the charismatic trailblazer of the zodiac whose adventurous, infectious energy we all need more in our life. It’s the perfect sign to usher in a new year and gratefully wave goodbye to 2021.
