The weather may be moving us indoors, but that doesn’t mean our moon events are over. We are moving to the Life Infinity Center at the Yintai Center. A perfect view of the moon and the city through the floor to ceiling windows.

Our October Moved by the Full Moon is sponsored by Tribe and will be held at the Life Infinity Studio at the Park Hyatt. The Full Moon is mystical and very powerful. A chance to truly feel your hearts intuitive pull towards our true calling.

For our season opening class we will have a 60 min heart felt flow and reflection with Theresa followed by a 30 min sound bath by the incredible Wang Lei. After class we will enjoy delicious snacks provided by Tribe.

Sunday 24th October at 9am the Beijing Golfers Club will host it's latest event at HuangGang Golf Club, a fun course perfectly situated between the Chaoyang and Shunyi areas of Beijing. The BGC sponsored bus will leave from the Kempinski Hotel at 07:30 to bring you to the course and back.

Play golf in Beijing with the BGC, Beijing's premier social golf club. Tournaments with sponsored prizes are held every Sunday at various courses around Beijing, with a BGC bus available to get you to the course and back. Everyone is welcome from beginners to experienced golfers.

Find your tribe and push your fitness to the limit this October by joining Trainyard’s Spartan Race team. Spartan is back in Beijing with two signature races across two days, Sprint and Beast.

● Beast

21 km, 30 obstacles

10am, 23 October

The ultimate Spartan test; a soul crushing half marathon with 30 obstacles. You’ll rarely find a Beast on flat ground, so your legs will burn with brutal ascents and descents. The Beast is notorious around the world for its difficulty. Some complete it solo, but joining a team will help you push through the hardest moments.

● Sprint

5km, 20 obstacles

11am, 24 October

The Sprint is the first stop for many in their Spartan journey, a classic obstacle course racing experience. The Sprint combines relatively easy trail running with 20 obstacles, held on off-road terrain featuring water and mud. Climb walls, crawl under wire, traverse monkey bars, aim a spear throw, and more.

While some people do compete in Spartan Races on their own, the best way to conquer these tough courses is with a team backing you up. You’ll build an unbreakable bond with your fellow Trainyard team members as you push each other through the courses’ most challenging obstacles. Not only that, but you’ll get a discount when signing up and get some cool Trainyard swag.

1. Scan the QR code on the race posters. When prompted, enter the Trainyard team passcode: 202110.

2. Fill in your information and select the race you want to take part in: Sprint or Beast.

3. Pay for your spot. Once you’ve paid, scan the QR code below to add team leader Neal on WeChat so he can add you to the race group.

If you’ve already completed the 10km Super course then October’s races are not to be missed if you want to earn your Trifecta, the special medal Spartan Racers achieve for completing all three signature races. This could be your last chance, as the current Trifecta season ends on 7 November 2021.
