Sunshine Studios Winter Camp is perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to dance different styles of hip hop. Not only will kids learn the coolest dance moves from amazing teachers. They will also become stronger, fitter and more more confident.

We will be holding 2 camps during the winter period, one at Bally Fitness near Beijing Riviera, and the second downtown Chaoyang at our venue Mixmeet, 7 Gongti Rd.

4 hours of relaxation and recharging of your body and mind

We will start with gentle yoga flow in a tranquil space of Yoga Spirit studio, working on stretching muscles and mobilizing the joints stiff from long hours spent in front of the desk. This yoga class is suitable for all levels, no previous experience needed as the main goal of it is TOO FEEL GOOD

Next, together with SkinLab, we will make hydrating and soothing toner and face oil, which will protect your skin from cold and dry Beijing air

Our journey will end with deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra and sound bath

In between the sessions, you will enjoy yummy tea breaks with the best baklava in China from Baklava Factory.

It’s a big day for MMA fans this Sunday, with China’s Zhang Weili facing off against Rose Namajunas for the second time this year for the UFC women’s strawweight championship.

At the same time, in boxing, Saul ‘Canelo' Álvarez will face off against Caleb Plant to become the first ever undisputed super middleweight champion

Beersmith will have both fights streaming live on the big screen. Catch Namajunas vs Zhang in the main bar and Álvarez vs Plant in the back dining area, both with dedicated sound.

Zhang vs Namajunas

In April this year, Namajunas stunned the MMA world by putting a stop to Chinese fighter Zhang Weili’s 21 consecutive fight run with a head kick just 78 seconds into their fight. Zhang has said that she won’t fall for the same moves, and is likely to come into this with strength and aggression, pressing her powerful striking technique.

Álvarez vs Plant

Álvarez has blown through the super middleweight field since last December, taking the WBA, WBC and WBO titles. Now, he just needs the IBF currently held by Plant to be fully undisputed. The two already traded blows at a press conference in September, so this should make for a thrilling matchup.

Let’s go skiing at Nanshan Ski Resort with Imagine !

Nanshan Ski Resort is in Miyun, only 1 hour from the centre of Beijing city. Students go back home every evening after skiing, with transport included!

They will be taught by fully qualified English-speaking instructors (Ratio 1:2 – 1:4) .
