Moms to be, this event is for you! Did you know that exercise can help reduce common risks during pregnancy and get you feeling good? Or do you happen to be looking for a low impact exercise routine that won't break your wallet? Then join us Thursday, August 5th at 11 AM for a Prenatal Aquatic Exercise class! Hosted at Beijing United Family Rehabilitation Hospital (BJURH), our Aquatic Therapist will guide you through a fun and interactive session that gets your heart pumping. We'll be providing lunch after the class to get you fueled and ready to take on the rest of the day. Register using the QR code in the poster below.

Sunday 1st August at 9am the Beijing Golfer's Club will be hosting their latest event at the wonderful Grand Canal Golf Club, 30 minutes drive east of Beijing. The BGC provide transportation to and from the course and the sponsored bus will leave from the Kempinski hotel at 07:20am.

Play Golf in Beijing with the BGC, Beijing's premier social golf club. Tournaments with sponsored prizes are held every Sunday at various courses around Beijing, with a BGC bus available to take you to the course and back. A Fun Day at Water Adventure Park! ~This Saturday!~

In summer, it would be a great idea to spend weekend time with your loved ones in one of the largest water adventure parks in Beijing! In the Lazy River, you can stretch yourself in the rafts, enjoying the scenery or chatting with your friends; from the 17-meter high three-part water slide, you can experience the excitement of multi-level sliding and speed variation; and the Flow Rider might be the best place to display your charm in waves.
