We are a community of fitness enthusiasts who enjoy meeting together and working out. We believe body weight training is the best way to train large groups of people who have different experience, goals, and levels of strength. In every workout we encourage each other and everyone has the ability to become stronger and healthier, without the pressure of trying to compete with others - you compete with yourself, to be better than you were yesterday.


We meet Saturdays and Tuesdays at 9am for a free workout.
