Join The Hutong's newly launched modern D’Dose coffee brew course hosted by their partner Cafe Culture who will be sharing some of the best coffee the world has to offer. In this class, you will learn to improve your home coffee preparation technique as you better understand different types of equipment and methods, including the chemistry behind the brewing process. Cafe Culture's professional team has chosen the single-origin roasts and the very best blended coffees from the 2019 Australia Golden Bean Championship to go into their D'Dose collection series. Become an instructor for one of Beijing's most upbeat workouts, JindaFit, in this three-day training session. JindaFit is a full-body dance workout based on African moves and rhythms created by D’Jack Tchinda through many years of experience as a professional fitness instructor and DJ. The training will be held at a location in Beijing and online, and there are also options for those who want to learn how to teach kids. RMB 1500. 10am-5pm.
Jan 9: Jinshanling Great Wall Hike
Shake off the cobwebs with an invigorating hike along the Jinshanling Great Wall, one of the more challenging sections of the restored Great Wall. Jan 9: Hand in Hand 3D Modeling Art Course
"Hand in Hand" is a practical course about artistic creation carried out by British artist Charlie Dutton at BACA Art Centre. Participants can complete the artistic expression of hand shapes by creating a 3D plaster modeling with their relatives, loved ones, or friends. In this course, participants will learn the skills of making 3D modelings such as mold making, gypsum pouring, and demoulding. In the end, they will create their own art pieces, which can be a unique 3D gypsum hand model or a precious gesture with their cherished ones. RMB 280. 2-4pm. BACA Art Center
