Win Tickets to Saturday's Olympics Kick-Off Party!
The world’s eyes will be on London this Friday night as the Opening Ceremony of the 2012 Summer Olympics gets underway, but we Beijingers get to celebrate our own Olympics Kick-Off Party on Saturday at 2 Kolegas. The event is intended to recreate the spirit of the Games that everyone lucky enough to be in Beijing four years ago experienced – plus it is a great excuse for a party. Expect prizes to be given out for the best-dressed (wear your national colours), food from Fish Nation and Gung Ho!, the London Opening Ceremony on the big screen and suitably Great British music from the Beijing Beatles. Tickets are RMB 150 (which includes two Olympic cocktails). Seeing as we're sponsoring the event, we’ve got a pair to give away to one lucky reader. Read on to find out how.
Before you get popping and Wen-locking to the Beijing Beatles, here's the question you need to answer to win: Including this upcoming XXX Olympiad, how many times will London have hosted the Olympics? Send your answer to win@thebeijinger.com before noon on Wednesday, July 25. Winners will be notified soon after. Good luck.
If you don't win, you can of course still purchase tickets on the door. See you there.

Re: Win Tickets to Saturday's Olympics Kick-Off Party!
This is shaping up to be one hell of a party. Ricky Sixx and his band have also confirmed they will be rocking out at the party too! The big haired showman, known to play bass with one hand while simultanously playing a guitar with his teeth previously toured the UK.
Some guests have already hired their costumes for the night - look out for the Queens Buzby guards at the entrance to the party!
