EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH SERVICE. Food was good. ALL I can remember however is the service.

manenough70 says fyi. i had the worst expereince after i left the place it was so hard to get a cab the front desk lied to me when i called in the afternoon, they said it is easy to get a cab i had to walk nearly 400m to the nerest main street to get one thank god i was not late the food was good..but the service was extremely horrible i will never step foot in there again afetr that experience

manenough70 says they should have given better service i wouldnt mind it we are paying 25 a head but at 70/head in beijing..u would expect some decent form of service.. worse thing is i did my part in calling ahead and all...and was promised everything but in the end...i was so utterly dissappointed

I do sincerely hope the management of In & Out could change their service attitude and level. I have posted this review to highlight to them that they need to do something about "not lying" to customers in order to bring in business.

To be fair the food was good (3.5 stars). However all that I can remember is the horrible experience I got.
If I could given a lower star rating than 1 star if I could have.

Important Note: I was rushing home so that I could get back in time to accompany my wife to send her mother off to the train station for a train that was leaving that same night.
