EAT: Mighty Mo's 50 Percent Off Extended, New Ramo Menu, Last Chance for TRB Discounts

This week (and today) has plenty of good offers for us Beijingers, which is great timing if you're still going around town checking out new places to make sure you know what you're voting for at the Beijinger 2016 Reader Restaurant Awards.

Mighty Mo's, the seafood-centric pop-up in Beijing's first culinary incubator Hatchery, has extended their soft-opening offer of 50 percent off the food menu for one more week. We tried their menu a few weeks ago, and it's safe to say that we'll be back to enjoy the offer once more before the price of these tasty crustaceans return to normal.

Ramo, Gulou's favorite hangout, has added plenty of new vegetarian items to their menu to balance their menu for those of us more veggie inclined. Two items that stand out are the new French flatbread (RMB 46) with blue cheese, olives, and caramelized onions, as well as the veggie lover (RMB 48), a calzone stuffed with egg, spinach, and mozzarella.

You've also got just over a week to get in on the discounts at some of Beijing's best restaurants: Temple Restaurant Beijing (TRB) and TRB Bites are offering 20 percent off dinner and 16 percent off lunch until the end of this month. Simply quote "2016" when paying the bill (the offer is only applicable to food).

And finally, as a heads up, Dining City open reservations for their China Restaurant Week at 10am this Thursday (Feb 25). We'll give details on how to book and round-up the best deals once they're available.
