Sherpa's and Heart to Heart Call For Extra Pizza in Latest Charity

You might have heard that pizza is bad for the heart. Well, think again!

As Beijing's foremost pizza experts, The Beijinger is proud to sponsor Sherpa's latest charity event, in which they've partnered up with Heart to Heart, a foundation that helps to raise funds for children with congenital heart disease. Heart to Heart is a 100 percent volunteer organization, with zero operating costs, so all donations go directly to the families!

Previously, Sherpa's customer's helped out little Geng Tianyi, who was diagnosed with congenital heart disease after premature birth. The surgery covered through the charity will help Tianyi live a rich, full life, and maybe even enjoy a slice of pizza himself now and again down the line!

The efforts also helped out eight-year-old Su Xinyue, who was diagnosed with congenital heart disease after taking a physical examination at school. Without help, her parents would have had no way to pay for the surgery, but thanks to Pizza for Charity she's now recovering well.

So that proves it. Eating pizza is an effective way to change lives, as long as Sherpa's is donating a portion of all pizza sales to the charity. Now, another child will be the recipient of the cause! From now until Sep 30, a portion of all pizza sales on Sherpa's will go toward Heart to Heart!

So go ahead and treat yourself to a slice of pepperoni. Or heck, even pineapple will do the trick, you dirty dog! Which ever way you slice it, you'll be helping a child in need..
