China World Summit Wing takes it back to the ‘80s
Tonight, Nov 26, head back to the 1980s for a few hours – 8pm to 1am to be exact – with help from China World Summit Wing’s ‘80s Retro Party. DJs will be playing the best songs of the decade while bartenders sling the era's most popular drinks – B-52 or Sex on the Beach, anyone? Entry is only RMB 88 and includes one welcome drink. Plus, they're also offering a BOGO deal for select bottles of wine throughout the evening.
Cocktail Nights & Wine Nights at Bistro 108
Centered near Sanyuanqiao up by the Embassy District, French eatery Bistro 108 has just dropped two special nightly deals for drinks enthusiasts. The first is Cocktail Night, which will be happening every Friday from 5pm to 11pm. During this cocktail-centric happy hour of sorts, guests can enjoy BOGO deals on Bistro 108’s cocktail of the week all evening long.
A variation on this theme will then be repeated for their Wine Night. Every Monday from 5pm to 11pm, guests can enjoy 30 percent off all the wines on the bistro’s wine list, allowing guests to, as they say, “care about what they drink, but not about the price.”
Barrels will roll at Jing-A CBD on Sunday
You’ve heard of popping bottles, but what about popping barrels? That's exactly what Jing-A is doing Nov 28, allowing guests to sample a few of their barrel-aged brews, which have been uncorked and are on draft this Sunday only!
Head over to the CBD Taproom from 3-6pm and sample a few of these beauties, like the Marsalan Ye – an ale enhanced with Marselan wine grapes – and the Barrel-Aged Happy Farmhouse – a farmhouse-style ale with notes of spicy earthiness and lively funk. Enjoy a welcome beer & free-flow cocktails at the Pizza Cup Bracket B Taste-Off
Tickets are still available for the Bracket B Taste-Off of the Beijinger’s 2021 Pizza Cup! This Saturday, Nov 27 from 11.30am-2.30pm at Georgia's Feast, you can sample pies from Forno, Pizza Saporita, Gung Ho! and Papa Johns – the lone international brand in the Sweet 16 – and choose your pick of who will move on to the Grand Final.
However, it’s not just pizza to be had, but booze as well. Lots and lots of booze. Along with a welcome beer from Brooklyn Brewery, guests with VIP tickets can enjoy the following free flow cocktails: all-you-can-drink mojitos, Aperol spritzes, rose margaritas, Cuba libres, and gin & tonics for the duration of the event.
