We are excited to provide a truly magical experience to our community at the absolutely stunning hutong place, Z-Space. Start your Sunday morning with 75 minutes flow with Taozi Tree Yoga, move with your breath, awaken your body and mind, and fuel your spirit. Flowing from one pose to the next using the breath, we'll open hips and shoulders, stretch out the body and focus the mind, finishing with some energizing poses to lift energy levels. We will leave the session feeling inspired and alive, ready to move into the new week fully revitalized and uplifted. After class, we’ll enjoy a selection of snacks and drinks from Z-Space. 

Join Zhao this Thursday evening at Taozi Tree Yoga studio for a practice that awakens fire (Agni) and nectar (Soma). Fire has an energizing effect and governs purify and transformation. Nectar has a cooling effect and governs nourishment and self-care. Both elements are important not only to enhance our practice but also to achieve balance in our lives.
