Book a private room for 8-10 guests or join a communal table in the lounge area of Hulu, where Chef Zhang will be stir-frying up a storm. Guests will also have the option of upgrading to the deluxe Hulu wine pairing option for an additional RMB 198. Scan the QR code in this WeChat post to book your spot.

But don't sweat it if you miss the event on Friday, because on Saturday and Sunday, BSK dishes will be available a la carte at Hulu @ WAB, including their famous pork and pumpkin pan-fried dumplings (RMB 38, eight pieces), five-flavor eggplant (RMB 48), red-braised pork (RMB 138), and black sesame ice cream with candied fruit (RMB 48).

Mosto's new March dinner menu

To finish, they've added two new desserts: a milk chocolate and Nutella cigar with mixed berries, hazelnut, and vanilla ice cream, and a passion fruit panna cotta with coconut foam, sesame tuille, and pistachio.
